Timothy Brady met his wife/business partner/love of his life in first grade but took 41 years to realize she was ‘the one.’ Having announced to the world at six he was going to be a chef, he apprenticed to a world-renowned chef at 14 and became a chef to Hollywood seven years later. Then the sea called, and he was a yacht broker/owner. Next the open road overruled the ocean, so Brady bought his first semi tractor-trailer and moved household goods, electronics and trade shows until 2003. That year the American Moving and Storage Association named him the Top Household Mover in the country.
Previously, the writing bug bit and he wrote his first business course for truckers “Driven 4 Profits” in the late 1990’s. In 2000, he married the girl from first grade. With her guidance, he wrote and published 11 more books, over 5000 articles for 20 different trucking publications and appeared on SiriusXM Radio as a trucking business expert. Currently, Brady pens a blog and podcasts for several clients while continuing as the lead instructor and business coach at TruckersU.com and Business Editor/webmaster at Write Up The Road Media.
Meanwhile, back at the Dixie Chile Ranch, Brady grows fruit, vegetables and chile peppers for the local market. He’s still writing and publishing, living life to the fullest with the imagination, tenacity, opinions (and hopefully wisdom) of a man mastering the Game of Life with each Skill Level he achieves.
